The Chiefs are 8.5-point favorites (on FanDuel) over the Broncos ahead of their Week 10 showdown at Arrowhead Stadium in KC. The Chiefs are heavy -450 favorites on the moneyline, and the OVER 41.5 is juiced at -115.
The sportsbooks remain high on the undefeated Chiefs, but Denver's strong defense could be an X-factor in this matchup.

Broncos vs Chiefs Picks Week 10
Broncos +8.5
Am I crazy for making this bet? The Chiefs remain undefeated through nine weeks, but they've yet to demonstrate an elite offensive attack comparable to, say, the Ravens, who dismantled the Broncos in Week 9. The Denver defense can only hold the line for so long, and that unit has done a fantastic job.
And that's where I'm placing my face: in the Broncos defense, especially after the Chiefs narrowly edged out the Buccaneers on Monday Night Football. Obviously, the Chiefs are favorites, but that 8.5-point line frightens me, so I won't be laying KC. The numbers suggest the Chiefs are top-10 on both sides of the ball. My eyes tell me otherwise.
Broncos vs Chiefs Prop Pick
Bo Nix OVER 210.5 Passing Yards (-135)
Bo Nix isn't an elite or efficient passer, but the context of this game could prompt him to air it out a little bit. Nix has also cashed the OVER 210.5 pass yards in two straight and three of his last four.
Nix's greatest asset is his rushing ability. His legs have opened up plenty of open space, which also frees up some play-action passes or deep balls. That said, I'm not super confident Nix will find running room in Week 10. The Chiefs rank third in the NFL, allowing just 83.9 rushing yards per game. With Patrick Mahomes airing it out on the KC side, Nix should attempt to match him as best he can. It's also not like 210 yards is a crazy output. A quietly effective game by Nix or some garbage time passes will cash this bet.
Broncos vs Chiefs News
In Week 9 against the Buccaneers, Patrick Mahomes appeared to tweak his ankle but quickly shook it off and played through the rest of the game with no issues. He and Coach Andy Reid have reassured fans that it's nothing serious, so he should be able to stick to his usual practice and game schedule without any extra recovery time.
It was a brief scare for Chiefs fans, but Mahomes' mobility will be worth watching in Week 10.
