I'm breaking down Bills vs Jets odds for Week 6's Monday Night Football contest.
The sportsbooks have the Bills as 2.5-point favorites on the road. The Jets, after the firing of head coach Robert Saleh, are looking to get back in the win column at +115 on the moneyline.
Let's take a look at the latest Bills vs Jets odds and my best bets for this Week 6 MNF matchup:

Bills vs Jets Picks Week 6
Jets +2.5 (-110)
My mind wants me to take the Bills against a reeling Jets team. But, I think this is a rat line, knowing how scrappy teams that just fired coaches can be. So, I'm going with my gut and taking the Jets +2.5 (-110).
This CBS article does a great job of quantifying the value of firing a coach, which will benefit the Jets this week. Teams saw an 14% increase in win rate the first week after firing a head coach and covered the spread 18% more often (54% of the time after firing).
The Jets have also been shockingly scrappy against the Bills in the Josh Allen era, winning two of the last four matchups.
I know this isn't the most convincing pick I've ever written, but there's just something inside of me that says the Jets are going to cover (maybe even win) this game. Trust me.
Bills vs Jets Prop Pick
Garett Wilson UNDER 62.5 (-130)
For some reason, Aaron Rodgers just doesn't like throwing to Garrett Wilson. The Jets WR has broken 62.5 receiving yards just once in his last seven games, averaging 53.7 yards per game in that stretch.
On top of Wilson's struggles lately, he faces a Bills team that's been lock-down against receivers this year. Buffalo has let up the sixth-fewest receiving yards to WRs so far this season, averaging just 114.6 total WR yards per game in 2024.
I still think the Jets can run the ball and win against Buffalo, but Wilson won't be a huge factor.
Bills vs Jets News
If you haven't seen the news by now, the Jets fired head coach Robert Saleh earlier this week after a 2-3 start to the season. He'll be replaced by DC Jeff Ulbrich as interim coach. The Jets honestly haven't played that bad, but there was clearly a growing rift between QB Aaron Rodgers and Saleh, with the pair exchanging comments and walk-backs in the media.
