As our NFL London Games betting report displays, favorites are 21-11-1 SU in the last 33 games in the English capital.
That bodes well for the 4-0 Minnesota Vikings in their quest to add to their winning streak. Sam Darnold looks reborn in the Vikings jersey, tossing for a league-leading 11 touchdowns with just three interceptions through four games. Sunday's game presents a perfect opportunity for Darnold's revenge game. He's never had a better four game stretch in his career. Through Sunday, Darnold ranks fourth in the NFL in both EPA per play and completion percentage over expected. Did anybody have that on their 2024 NFL bingo card? We know at least one bettor did back Darnold for MVP.
On the other side of the football, Brian Flores defense has been a revelation. His innovative blitz-filled schemes have perplexed offenses into 10 total takeaways while leading the league in opponent points per play (0.217). Which is especially important after Aaron Rodgers struggled against the Broncos blitz last week, completing just 24-of-42 passes for 225 yards and taking fix sacks.
The Jets also took 13 total penalties in Week 4, with five false starts. If New York's offensive line can't get that figured out, in the face of the vehement Vikings pass-rush, it could be a long afternoon for Gang Green.
Minnesota is the far better coached team on both sides of the football. The Vikings moneyline is the safe play here.
Jets vs Vikings Props Week 5
Aaron Jones OVER 24.5 Receiving Yards
New Vikings back Aaron Jones has seen at least five targets in each of his past three games. He's surpassed his 24.5 receiving yardage prop in three of four games as a member of the Minnesota Vikings and is a great bet to do so once again on Sunday.
Jones is a certified weapon in the passing attack. He's also an excellent release valve for a quarterback, Sam Darnold, who's taking what the defense gives him this season.
