They last met on the national championship stage, yet since then nearly everything has changed for Michigan and Washington. The Wolverines enter as 2.5-point underdogs in their first visit to Husky Stadium since 2001 and their first road game of the season.
I haven't got a proper read on Michigan's defense. With back-to-back three-point wins, the Wolverines can only just sneak by for so long. Rather than being indecisive about the spread, I'm calling both to execute defensively and for the UNDER at 40.5-points to cash.

Michigan vs Washington Picks – Week 6
For Washington, the game plan is simple — stop the run. I mean, that's really all Michigan has nowadays, right? Kalel Mullings and Donovan Edwards are pulling all the weight, combining for eight touchdowns and 798 yards. The Huskies prime focus needs to be silencing the duo and tighten up their rushing defense which is allowing 113.5 YPG, just a tad too much.
Alex Orji isn't even a concern. The junior has a laughable 118 passing yards and a single touchdown through his last two starts. Shoo him away.
Washington is giving up 14.8 PPG, good enough to rank them in the nation's top 15. The Huskies have also hit the UNDER in every outing this year. Michigan is allowing a noble 21.4 PPG, placing them just inside the top 40 for scoring defense.
This game really should sit below 40.5 total points. So, I'm going with my gut.

Michigan vs Washington News
Studded cornerback Will Johnson has his eyes set on returning to the field in Seattle this week. The junior suffered an injury against USC, which kept him sidelined in Week 5's tilt against Minnesota.
When giving an update on Johnson's status, Sherrone Moore told media this week, "Yeah, they're all working through something…Josaiah and Will look like they'll be in good shape for this week."
The Detroit native has recorded 10 solo tackles and two interceptions across four appearances this season. His return to the lineup is guaranteed to bulk up Michigan's defense.
Michigan vs Washington Prop Bet: Giles Jackson OVER 52.5 receiving Yards (-115)
Giles Jackson has cashed the OVER on 52.5 receiving yards in 4 of his last 5 games, averaging 80.2 receiving yards/game according to Outlier. Jackson gets called on often, collecting 401 yards — just shy of Denzel Boston's team leading 412 yards. The Wolverines passing defense is letting up 248.8 yards through the air. So, Will Rogers connecting with one of his go-to guys shouldn't be much of an issue here.
