The Connor McDavid-less Edmonton Oilers are in Music City to face the Nashville Predators at Bridgestone Arena tonight. BET99 has the Preds as -130 home favorites and the Oilers as +110 road dogs, but with both teams incapable of scoring I'm betting the total goals UNDER 6.5 goals with -120 odds at BET99.

Oilers vs Predators Picks Tonight
UNDER 6.5 Goals (-120)
While our streets will be filled with ghouls and goblins tonight, the spookiest scene is Edmonton and Nashville's inability to score with both at the bottom of the league for 5on5 shooting percentage at 4.90% and 5.05%, respectively.
Over Nashville's last six games, they've averaged a sad 2.8 goals per game and have seen the UNDER hit four times (67%). Key to Nashville's poor scoring record is Steven Stamkos's stone-cold start to the year with one goal on 30 shots. Stammer has excellent career numbers against Edmonton with 16 goals in 20 games, so if you fancy the former Tampa captain to score tonight BET99 has his anytime goal odds at +155.
Edmonton is even more pathetic with 2.2 goals per game in their last five and the UNDER hitting in four (80%). Without Connor McDavid Edmonton loses their main offensive weapon, a fact that has seen them hit the UNDER in 33 games (64%) without the phenom. All of Edmonton's offense falls to Leon Draisaitl whose done well in McDavid's absence with 53 points in 54 career games without him. OVER 0.5 points for Draisaitl is -245 at BET99.
With such pathetic scoring on both sides of the puck tonight we'll be treated to less than seven goals and the UNDER cashing at -120.
Oilers and Predators Player Prop
Zach Hyman UNDER 0.5 Points (+115)
These +115 odds are great value for a player who's only scored a single point this season, and for someone whose gone pointless in 10 of his last 11 games, per our friends at Outlier.
Despite Hyman holding great career numbers against Nashville with 16 points in 16 games, nearly three-quarters (74%) of his 214 points with the Oilers have come when he's on the ice with Connor McDavid, not having No.97 out there is a massive loss for Hyman. And then you consider how poor Hyman has been this year with zero goals on 28 shots with McDavid.
This is an easy bet to make, the fact that we're getting plus money is outstanding.
